Tre Ford Investments Inc. provides computer systems design, IT infrastructure consulting, cloud migration, cybersecurity, managed IT services, data engineering, and DevOps automation services. Upon full payment for services, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use deliverables created specifically for their project. Tre Ford Investments Inc. retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.
Clients agree to provide timely access to systems, personnel, and information reasonably required for Tre Ford Investments Inc. to perform its services. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and systems prior to any engagement. Failure to cooperate may result in project delays and additional fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tre Ford Investments Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of three years. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party.
Fees for services are specified in the applicable statement of work. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Tre Ford Investments Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
You agree not to misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts its operation. The website is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sudbury, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario).
